- I’m working for you and not a large institution/bank. I’m interested in a long-term relationship and the only way I can do that is to make sure you are completely satisfied.
- I have more than 60 lenders to choose from with more than 300 lending programs. I don’t have just 4 or 5 programs and require everyone to fit into one of these.
- All I do is mortgages, I don’t sell mutual funds or arrange car loans etc. This allows me to specialize in getting you the best possible mortgage.
- I do more that just arrange mortgages. There are times when for various reasons a home purchase is just not possible. By working together whether it’s on credit issues or the down payment, a purchase is usually soon possible.
- There is no cost to you. In most cases my fee is paid for by the lender. So there is no charge to you for my services.
- My clients are important to me and I provide them with the best possible service. With me you are more than just an account number.
- Financing a home purchase for some one who is self-employed is always more difficult. But my back ground in small business give me an in depth understanding of these problems and how to solve them.

My Background
I’m a graduate CMA ( Certified Management Accountant ) and have held a number of senior corporate financial positions. In addition I have owned my own businesses for many years. So when a small businessman says he has a payroll to meet or the rent is due on Friday, I know exactly what they are referring to. Also during this time I was often sought out for advice and counseling by my peers. Finally along with my passion for people and my knowledge of finances the mortgage industry became a natural. |
